A State Of Trap: Episode 14

This week A State of Trap Episode 14 is brought to you by “shotguns” and barley wine. Well, mostly just shotguns; however, this mix was recorded right after going to the annual San Francisco Barley Wine Festival (which is great), getting good and crunk and then inspired to play some bumpin’ trap beats. And since it’s been such a long hiatus since ASOT 12, there were all sorts of tracks to catch up on and ASOT 14 delivers with 25 trap/trill bangers. But don’t worry there are plenty of other trap hits to come and the next episode is right around the corner. As usual, checkout the full track listing below (or via mixcloud).
And in case you forgot, A State Of Trap is a podcast on iTunes so you can hit that up to hear the mixes in full 320kbps audio quality. And don’t forget that with a simple subscribe below, A State Of Trap will appear in your itunes as soon as hits the internets.

It’s hard to believe we’re already at nine episodes! Congratulations all around to all of you for being a part of this awesome experience putting together the freshest trap and trill productions for you in podcast format.
We’re not sure what’s next for this genre, but this episode absolutely has a number of trap derivatives that hint at productions to come from producers who might be tiring of the prototypical style of tracks that we’ve been hearing all summer.  Let us know your thoughts about the trap game evolution in comments!
